We hope this site will help you learn more about the family of faith known as St Peter's and our witness for Christ. We strive to recognize and nurture the Christ in ourselves and each person that we encounter along the way. Our church is a thriving community of believers, and lovers of the word of God. St. Peter's has a long tradition of outreach and service to its members and the community. We hope you will join us for service on Sunday (or Saturday evening) to experience for yourself the fellowship of Christ.
Our Lenten Journey 2016
Each Wednesday beginning February 10th
Soup & Sandwich Suppers at 6:00
Families gather together for a light meal and “family time” (either your own family or your church family) before the Lenten worship services each Wednesday. Bring your own sandwich to add to the soup, beverage, and dessert offered each Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. In this way, we hope to make it easier for everyone to share this special observance of Lent in mid-week worship.
Ash Wednesday, Feb. 10; Worship @ Noon & 7 pm
Worship includes Holy Communion and Imposition of Ashes
Worship includes the traditional Service of Light and a new DVD series
In “All the Places to Go…How Will You Know,” Dr. John Ortberg opens our eyes to the countless open doors God places before us every day, teaches us how to recognize them, and encourages us to step out in faith and embrace all the extraordinary opportunities that await.
