St. Peter’s will again participate in this opening event of the Lancaster Festival. The Art will be on display the week after the event, Monday, July 22, 2019 through Thursday, July 25, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Opportunities to help the day of the event include:

• Greeters (2-3 people/shift)

• Kitchen Helpers (1-2 people/shift)

• Hands-on-Art Helpers (2-3 people/shift)

There will be a 1st shift from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. that will set-up and a 2nd Shift from 7:30-9:30 p.m. that will clean-up.

Other ways to help include:

• Food donations: We need bite-sized brownies, 7-Up and Red Hawaiian Punch.

• Art Sitters are needed to sit with the art display in the social room during the following week (Monday, June 22 through Thursday, June 25 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.) to supervise the space and greeting anyone who may stop by to see the artwork.
