Gather | Share | Nurture | Care

For many years, St Peter’s has held these words as a guide to all that we do.  We have long understood our mission to be to:

gather...in the grace of God

share...the Gospel of Christ

nurture...growth in faith

care...for those in need

We still hold these words as our mission focus. As we see ourselves in a time of exciting transition, we have adjusted our mission statement by adding the following important phrase:

as we are called to move forward,
let us gather, share, nurture, and care
for the sake of God’s world.

We remind ourselves of this statement each week as we close worship and are sent out to do God’s work.
